TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dear valued associate,

Except in the case of an annual agreement with special conditions signed between our companies, Danytur requires the following terms and conditions.

Registration and Payment

A deposit confirms your reservation (deposit amounts - 10% to 50% - are individualized and based on the content of the trip package).  The balance of your invoice is due 65 days prior to your client’s arrival date. If you make your reservation after the final payment date, payment in full will be required upon reservation. Payment for services may be made by wire transfer to our bank (details will be provided).

* During this challenging period, we appreciate that your client may be hesitant to deposit on future travel without some flexibility to be able to change her/his mind. We are therefore pleased to offer flexibility on our deposit requirements for new bookings. Please check on that with us!

Refunds & Cancellations

If your client must cancel the trip, the effective date of cancellation will be upon receipt of your written notification. If your client needs to cancel for any reason prior to tour departure, the cancellation fees will be as follows:

From booking date to 65 days prior to arrival date: Full amount of deposit

From 64 to 35 days prior to arrival date: 25% of package price

From 34 to 08 days prior to arrival date: 75% of package price

From 07 to 00 days prior to arrival date: 100% of package price

* Cancellation terms may be different for programs that contain yacht charter, villa rentals, programs that include a cruise, and groups with ten or more participants.

** The percentages above are valid when entire group or family cancels the trip. For cases where one or more passengers cancel from a group, the group will be repriced based on the new number of passengers traveling.

*** Once travel has begun, the cost of any unused portion of the tour package is not refundable.

Monies paid for any trip may be at risk should your clients be forced to change his/her plans. We therefore strongly recommend that they purchase a travel insurance protection plan to help protect themselves and their travel investment against the unexpected. Travel protection plans can include coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and more. Higher-cost policies, including “cancel for any reason” coverage, are also available.

Please note: To be eligible for the waiver of pre-existing medical condition exclusion and/or Cancel for Any Reason coverage, the protection plan must be purchased within 21 days from the time you make your initial trip deposit. However, a plan without those features can be purchased later.
